Final Sale Items

Our products are individually CRAFTED to order. Items marked "FINAL SALE" come as is and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with their original tags.

Customers should thoroughly check merchandise upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging. We suggest that you always return items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.

Reply to your original order confirmation email with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Your first and last name as it appears on the order

  • The last four digits of the credit card used for purchase

  • Specify the items you wish to return

Upon approval, you will be provided with an Return Item Number (RIN) MA number and your return must be sent out within 48 hours. You may use your own carrier and provide us with the tracking number, or you may request a shipping label, which will be provided to you via email for a fee of $20 and will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with shipping instructions.


Once your return has been received by the boutique and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 14 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.


We do not have an exchange policy for web orders. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return your original item, for which you will be refunded, then you may place a new order.
